The Ribbon is a 3-story, 21,000 sq ft mixed-use building featuring commercial space on the first level, and 18 residential units above. We've been committed to a ground-up approach, prioritizing the needs of the local residents and enhancing the streetscape with the retail options you've been asking for.
The original vision for this space was purely retail. However, after engaging with the community, it became clear there was a strong need for affordable living on the East Warren Commercial corridor. Their voices mattered! We shifted our approach from retail to a mixed-use development to meet this need.
This isn't just about creating a space for commerce, but also about providing affordable homes for our community. We're proud to be the first to introduce residential units to the East Warren commercial corridor.
